Harness racing hits Addington again today with 9 races on the card. The racing starts at 1:13pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good afternoon of racing.

Race 1

Origin (6) In good form and weaker field here. Should run top three with manners. Include
Father Mike (8) Weaker field will help and his recent runs suggest a good each way chance in this
Muscle Dash (2) Getting better with racing and gets a good draw to work with. Win chance

Race 2

Tuppence (6) Flashed home last start and improving all the time. Has to be included in this
Fear Gogh (2) Has early speed to be one of the leaders and will be fitter. One for longer odds
Shadow Creek (1) Improver from his last start and draw suits. Top three chance at big odds

Race 3

Birdy (5) Has a reputation and has trialed well for this. Good run expected on debut. Needed
Snooowgood (7) Ok last start and a threat to the #5 with a good run in transit. Winning claims
Kowhai Sunburst (9) Freshened and from an astute stable. Can sneak into the top three with luck

Race 4

A Better Jackalack (1) Solid fourth last start and a winning chance from the draw. Needs manners
Playing With Stars (10) Could be following the right horse if it leads. Should give a good account
Moonlite Blood (11) Freshened and over the odds at $23.00. Worth including in combinations

Race 5

Musclynn (5) Solid trotter who is a good chance in a race like this. One for longer odds here
Lookslikeatrixter (3) Had excuses last start and well placed here. Good each way chance
Peaknmonkey (6) Will be fitter after last start. Wide draw but small field helps here. Include

Race 6

Gliding High (6) Good against tougher fields in the past. Hard to beat against this lot. Needed
Chal Vee Power (3) Should get a soft run handy. Winning claims from the draw. Upset claims
Stubing (2) Due to show form and drawn well here. Go on previous third on the track. Include

Race 7

Diedre Franco (9) In good form and will be running on. Manners needed but can win again
Grettymac (12) Decent motor and stable change for this. Could surprise with a cart into the race
Special Effects (5) Disappointing last start. Will continue to improve and place hope at big odds

Race 8

Happy Harper (6) Finally grabbed a win after some unlucky runs. Wider draw but can win again
Major Performer (5) Decent motor and is drawn well here. One of the better chances in the race
Vincent Reactress (10) Disappointing last start. Will need gaps but not the worst at longer odds

Race 9

Gimmesomelovin (4) Did too much work last start. Should be running on and can go close with luck
Mikra Wave (2) Best draw and better than most in this field. Has to be respected from the ace
Waterholes Road (5) Good finish last start and leading driver booked. Could surprise at longer odds
