Talented filly Arrive (Captaintreacherous) scored her best win when she scored a tough win Group 1 $153,000 Qbred Triad Final for three year old fillies at Albion Park on Saturday evening.

Always highly regarded, it was felt that Arrive would find the favourite Cool and Classy too strong on the night.
And Arrive’s task looked even more difficult when Ruby Rules from the pole showed enough speed to hold the early lead and Pete McMullen on Arrive had no option but to race outside the leader. In the meantime, Cool and Classy didn’t much early speed but she angled back to get a good trail mid field. Our Sweet Jess had the one out and one back trail.
Ruby Rules was still travelling well in the back straight but Arrive continued to chip away at her outside. Cool And Classy pulled out to look a threat but she was making heavy weather of it. In a slogging finish Arrive showed great courage to beat Ruby Rules by a neck with Cool And Classy just under three metres away in third.
ARRIVE AUG 16 REPLAY
Owner John Polson was overwhelmed as earlier in the night he achieved success with Attachment. Polson has enjoyed tremendous success with the Washington Lass dam of both Arrive and Attachment.W

“This has been a career highlight he exclaimed. I just love this filly. She got beaten in the two year old last year and to avenge it this year was just so beautiful”.
“I had no doubt we could win”.
“We went 53.5 last week in the Heat, while Cool and Classy went 55. I said to Pete McMullen all you have to do is control. Don’t listen to anyone or the scribes”.
Questioned about her future Polson replied
“I don’t know what we’ll do. It’s hard to travel. We should get into the Eureka though with Attachment”.
