Four high-purse races added to Mohawk Million card

MILTON, September 13, 2025 – Woodbine Mohawk Park’s Race Office has added some increased purse events to the condition sheet for next Saturday’s (September 20) Mohawk Million card.

The Mohawk Million card features five Grade 1 stakes events – Metro Pace, Shes A Great Lady, Canadian Trotting Classic and Elegantimage – with total purses for the evening exceeding $3 million.

The Race Office has added a trio of $75,000 Free For All races and a $50,000 Two-Year-Old Open Trot to the card. The full details for those races are listed below.

$75,000 – Free For All – Pace
​$75,000 – Fillies & Mares Free For All – Pace
​$75,000 – Free For All – Trot
​$50,000 – 2-Year-Old Open – Trot

The entry box for next Saturday’s card closes Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m.

Slot owners for the Mohawk Million are reminded they will need to submit the horse racing in their slot by Noon on Monday.
