Kyt Kat takes 120,000€ Monte at Vincennes

Kyt Kat (5m Booster Winner-Diana  de Brevol-Rieussec) took today’s Paris-Vincennes featured Gr II Prix Edmond Henry  (monte,purse120,000€,10 five year old starters, 2700 meters) at 8.8/1 odds timed  in 1.13.2kr for jockey Camille Levesque.

She teamed the Thomas Levesque trainee for Ecurie des Pommiers as her charge won for the 11th time in 32 starts for 703,650€. The 6.6/1 Karaka Wood (5f Fabulous Wood-Flo Wood-Singalo) was second  for Benjamin Rochard who handled the C.A. Mary trainee for owner Sandy Baptendier. This mare was bred by Jean Pierre Dubois. The 12/1 Katchina For Clara (5f  Tornado Bello-Vista For Clara) landed third for jockey Alexis Collette, conditioner Charley Mottier and J.G. Van Eeckhaute. The 1.4/1 odds favorite Keengame was a miscue dq.

On the undercard was the Gr. III Prix Gordonia (monte, purse 90,000€, 2850 meters, nine European starters) where 3.2/1 odds It’s a Dollarmaker (7m Saxo de Vandel-Salt Lake City) scored  easily  despite  drifting wide in  the lane.

Eric Raffin was the winning jockey for Ecurie Gianni Fascella and trainer Sebastien Guarato, The winner now sports 17 career wins in 43 starts for  714,418€ earned, Race time was a fast 1.11.0kr,  The 9/10 favorite  Imoaka de Val (7g Viking de Val-Axelle du Noyer)  was second for jockey  Benjamin Rochard and trainer P.E. Mary, followed  by  6.5/1 Halfa (8f Offshore Dream-Ofara) with Alan Gendrot in the irons for Stephane Levoy the trainer/owner.
