Harness racing hits Addington again today with 10 races on the card. The racing starts at 5:03pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Value:  R9  Midnight Miki

Race 1

Duchess Maria (4) Unbeaten and will be fitter after last win. Looks the winner again
Petite Amour (2) Small field will help and has the speed to test the favourite. Stable respect.
Suttle (1) Getting better with racing but only looks a place hope at best in this field.

Race 2

Major Torque (14) Not far away the last couple and goes well the track. Has to be included
Style Council (6) Unlucky in several of his last 10 runs. One for longer odds with a soft trip
Coba Charged (1) Freshened and is a safe beginner. Top three chance here from the draw

Race 3

He Aint Fakin (8) Interesting runner. Ex-Aussie pacer who won thirteen races. Include
He’s My Creation (10) Has looked good at trials and top driver booked here. Needed
Maroubra (5) Looks stronger now and can sneak into the top three with luck in running

Race 4

Commander Joe (3) Solid second last start and a winning chance here from the draw.
Taketheplunge (8) Has gate speed and goes well the track. Should give a good account
Always B Magic (5) Stable respect when they come from the North. Will not be far away

Race 5

Nazareth (12) Fought on last start in a stronger field. Each way claims with a better trip
Tactical Bid (17) Big motor but the manners still a bit iffy. Can win if he steps quickly
Brett’s Mate (4) Will be fitter after last start. Smart beginner who can go close here

Race 6

Jesse Owens (6) Good win on debut and not much luck since. Hard to beat against this lot
Playing With Stars (3) Should get a soft run handy. Driver change here works. Include
One Eye Bandit (12) Tricky draw but good enough to make his own luck. Hard to beat

Race 7

Shard De Arch (6) Better for the last start 4th. Will need the right trip but could surprise
Troubleshooter (2) Nice draw and should go close to placing in this. In good form now
Sandy Shore (1) Stable respect and should get a soft trip. Top three chance with a trail

Race 8

Confessional (11) Driver change here and at his best would be hard to beat. Needs luck
Gold Bullion (12) Decent motor and due to get another win. One of the better chances
Zoltan Boscik (6) Disappointing last start. Will continue to improve. Give another chance

Race 9

Midnight Miki (3) Racing well in strong grades. Drawn better than his main rivals. Include
The Lazarus Effect (11) Big motor and should get a run through early. Hard to beat again
Donmaro (7) Stable change might work wonders and has the speed. One for longer odds

Race 10

Vin’s Deal (3) Not far off them in recent starts. Drawn well here and looks a good bet.
Royal Belle (8) Wide draw but better than most in this field. Has to be respected again
Beaudiene Always B (6) Has been unlucky and only needs a soft run to be a chance here
