2026 Living Horse Hall of Fame voting underway

The Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame’s Living Horse Hall of Fame ballots are in the mail. This year’s outstanding candidates are:

Standardbred horses are elected into harness racing’s Living Horse Hall of Fame by current members of the Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame. Under new 2023 rules establishing an expanded slate of candidates, EIGHT (8) horses are now presented to the Museum membership on ballots mailed in early December. Ballots must be returned (postmarked) by December 31, 2025. The FOUR (4) top vote-getters will be inducted into the Living Horse Hall of Fame on Hall of Fame Day – Sunday, July 5, 2026 – in Goshen, New York.

If you wish to participate in the Living Horse Hall of Fame election process and are not currently a Museum member or if you are a Museum member and do not receive a ballot, please contact the Museum.
