Race 1

Evidently (7) Soft conditions will suit here. Can run top three at longer odds with a good trip
The Beach House (4) Has won on the track in the past. Stable respect over Christmas period
Carrera Kahu (1) Freshened and gets a head start on main rivals. Upset claims in the wet

Race 2

Which Way (7) Looked a bit unlucky last start and weaker field here. Top three chance again
Onnahill (1) Has drawn well for this and building confidence now. Trainer does well on circuit
Speakeasy (4) Improver from her last start and weaker field. Steps cleanly and can run a place

Race 3

The Gangster (10) Looked unlucky last start and will be ready to go here. Good run expected
Special Edition (2) Ok last start and a threat to the favourites with a good run in transit. Include
Miss Woodville (4) Notable change of stable and she is tough. Can sneak into the top three here

Race 4

Transtasman Bubble (3) Solid run last start and a good chance at longer odds in the wet conditions
Call Dudley (2) Depends on manners but likes it here. Should give a good account with no errors
Signal Hill (7) Out of form but improver with a place chance at longer odds. Improving all the time

Race 5

Hi Hopes (9) Will suit a very wet track and could be over the odds here. Top selection in this field
Matai Harry (4) Had excuses last start and well placed here. Good each way chance at longer odds
Farewell Spit (3) Will be fitter after last start third. Nice draw and should get a soft trip. Include

Race 6

Captain Publisher (7) Good against a tougher field last start. Hard to beat against this lot. Needed
Whatsupman (9) Dangerous trainer driver combo on grass tracks. Worth including on debut
Interrorgator (12) Goes ok on the track and should have won a race by now. Decent odds available

Race 7

Jasprit Trouble (1) Gets a head start on her main rivals. Will need manners but should race well here
Prince Teka (4) Likely leader who should go close to placing in this. Dangerous if left alone in front
Solemn Son (3) Has no form but is paying overs. Top three chance at big odds if he steps cleanly

Race 8

Blackjack (10) In form and will be running on late in this. Tricky draw but can run top three with luck
Ultimate Counsel (3) Decent motor and is drawn well here. Unlucky last start and can upset . Needed
Elektra King (14) Disappointing last start. Continues to improve and is a win hope from the top stable

Race 9

Smoke On The Water (10) Has been racing better fields and tricky handicap hurts. Can surprise here
Teds Legacy (5) Decent motor and will go forward early. One of the better chances in this line up
Bryce’s Meddle (8) Disappointing last start. Better than that and wet conditions will suit. Include

Race 10

Wilma’s Boy (6) Good win last start. Only has to get around with no mistakes to be a big chance
One El (7) Wide draw but better than most in this field. Has to be respected on a wet track. Needed
Rachmaninov (5) Will appreciate the wet conditions and if he found the front would stick on well. 

Race 11

Troubleshooter (4) Grass suits and has placed on the track. Can go close here with complete manners
Samvasa (7) Good form on grass and recent runs have been fair. Top three claims with the right trip
Logan Rock (9) Ran home well late to win last start. Good chance to go back to back with a similar effort
