Harness racing hits Gore again today with 12 races on the card. The racing starts at 12:10pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Bet:  R4  Ebonezy

Best Value:  R12  Tua Lipa

Race 1

Raknruin (9) Freshened and will get a soft pegs trip. Can run top three with gaps in the straight
Abull (1) Small track will help and should begin quickly. Might give some cheek from the ace draw
Jenny Gump (7) Fast beginner and is an upset chance if she found the front early. Has claims

Race 2

Dolmio Rocks (4) On debut with a bit of a reputation. Top driver booked and has to be included
Our Twinkle (8) Big run last start in a stronger field and will be fitter. One of the hardest to beat
Wattlebank Will (9) Debut runner from Canterbury who should get a soft trip. Top three chance 

Race 3

Fear And Faith (9) At her best would be too good for this field. Worth including in combinations
Racey Krusa (1) Ok last start and a threat to this field with a good run in transit. Draw suits here
Our Superfund (5) Good effort last start and nice draw. Can sneak into the top three with manners

Race 4

Ebonezy (12) Solid fourth last start and big drop in class Winning chance and top selection in this
Ma Belle Amie Franco (11) Stable does well on the circuit with first starters. Should give a sight
B B Crunch (13) Down on best form but weaker field here. Improver with winning claims in this

Race 5

Blaze Lightening (3) Fought on last start in a stronger field. Nice draw and will be hard to beat
Prosperity (12) Freshened and well placed here. Good each way chance with a cart into the race
Party Up Denario (2) Will be fitter after last start. Nice draw and should get a soft trip. Include

Race 6

Hobbs (15) Top driver booked and in good form for this. Hard to beat with any luck in running
Father Mike (13) Looks well placed in this field and tidy win last start. On the way up still. Needed
Joany Baby (10) Nice win last start and only needs a soft run in transit to be a winning hope again

Race 7

He’s Tough (5) Probable leader in the race and will handle the smaller track. Top three chance here
Burnham Girl (11) Tricky draw but should go close to placing in this if she can secure a good trip
Wavewatcher (2) Out of form but should get a good run near the speed. Top three chance at odds

Race 8

Clotilde Wainwright (6) Nice win last start after dominating from the front. Similar tactics might apply
Maui (7) Decent motor and one of the better chances after racing some better fields recently. Include
Bring On The Muscle (10) Will depend on his manners but no doubting the ability. Take on trust here

Race 9

Leithen Louie (2) Winning form and top driver booked. Drawn to be one of the best chances in the race
Clonakilty (3) Decent motor and is drawn well here. Should give a good account based on latest form
Close (8) Wide draw but capable on her day. Will continue to improve and place hope at longer odds

Race 10

Double Jeopardy (9) Has raced better fields. Drawn wider but looks a good bet if things go his way
Shepherds Delight (3) Fast beginner who could surprise with a soft trip. Has to be respected in this
Tempo Warrior (2) Out of form but not the worst at longer odds with a trail in the race. Upset claims

Race 11

Majesdix (5) Conditions suit and will handle the smaller track. Can go close here with manners early
Wanna Play A Game (2) Building fitness and has top three claims with a run near the speed. Include
Pyramid Rose (8) Flashed home late last start and a similar run would take her close in this. Needed

Race 12

Tua Lipa (2) Has been unlucky at times and has his best draw for some time. Top selection in this field.
Sky Patrol (7) Better than the form suggests. Likely to head forward early and has to be respected
Destiny’s Dream (1) Out of form but is speedy when right. Not the worst at longer odds from the draw
