Wagering, racing and event action at the Meadowlands this February

This Friday, February 6, and Saturday, February 7, the Meadowlands Racetrack will kick off live racing with an early 6 pm post time, featuring 15 races each night.

Friday’s card features a $7,802 Pick 6 carryover spanning races 8-13 and is the debut of the PK8 with $50,000 seeded into the pool spanning races 3-10.

Then on Sunday, February 8^th, fans can watch and wager on the Big Game at the FanDuel Sportsbook located inside the Meadowlands Racetrack.  Numerous large HD TVs are spread throughout the building, along with self-service & teller operated wagering machines. The sportsbook has first-come, first-served seating in Victory and the Simulcast Lounge. Fans can also sign up for the FanDuel Retail Rewards Program at the Meadowlands Racetrack and get a $25 retail bonus bet just for joining.

There is also a great Big Game Watch Party in the track’s 2^nd floor Gallery – enjoy a live Q&A plus watch the Big Game with TV/Radio host Marc Malusis. Tickets can be purchased here or at PlayMeadowlands.com. Tickets include an all-you-can-eat buffet with wings, burgers, chicken tendies, fries, and dessert.

On Saturday, February 14, guests can get lucky at the track at our Valentine’s Buffet.  The sumptuous $79.95 buffet includes saffron Arancini with Parmesan cream, Salmon Bearnaise, salad Nicoise, carved Coulotte steak, strawberry cream panna cotta, and chocolate-dipped strawberries. The Meadowlands’ monthly handicapping contests continue on Friday, February 20. There is no entry fee (a $100 live money bankroll is required) for players, and the prize pool is guaranteed at $1,000. A $100 betting card must be purchased to participate, as this is a live money/wagering contest.  The top two finishers in the contest play in the $10,000 tournament on December 12 (22 total players).
