About the story of the day, SJs Photo (Photo Maker-Sassy Jane-Kawartha Mon Ami) was a great racehorse in the US and Internationally for his developer and driver David Wade. This reporter vividly remember seeing him win at the Pinehurst matinee trotting under 2:00 on their sand half mile track. He then went to Europe where he won the Copenhagen Cup and Finlandia AJO. He bred numerous offspring in many countries especially in the US, Italy, Germany, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
One of those greats was SJs Caviar (SJs Photo-Spawning-TV Yankee) that so far has produced 1,829 registered foals and many champions and he is 22 years young. He was developed, trained and reined in the US by Bob Blanton.
These great horses were probably defined as horses of the poor man, but, they made people a lot of many and brought many smiles to their connections. Thanks for SJs Photo and SJs Caviar.
