Paul Hagoort trains the winner of now five career wins in eight starts that Joseph Vanduffel owns. This 7/10 favorite, bred by Jean Huls, was timed in 1.12.3kr as he defeated Ids Boko (3g From Above-Celestial Boko) with Rick Ebbinge driving for trainer Hagoort and Running Stable that was off at 4.3/1.
The 8.3/1 Fabio de Pervenche (3m Love You-Her Way) took third for trainer/driver Dion P. Tesselaar and 12/1 Chapter One (3g Donato Hanover-C’est Facile) was fourth for Michael Nimczyk.
This one was bred by Jean Pierre Dubois and the dam C’est Facile (2009 f In Dix Huit-Crysta’s Image) showed promise racing briefly in the USA and is a half-sister to the sensational Brigham Dream and Crys Dream.
The excellent undercard included first the Askania Derby for a 15,000 euro purse and raced over 1609 meters autostart. The 1.10l5kr timed victory went to Gilda Newport (5f Donato Hanover0Color Schemes) with trainer Dion P. Tesselaar driving for owner Marion A. Jaul.
Cash Hanover (6m Love You-Impasse) was a game second for Michael Nimczyk and SJs Junior C (7g SJs Photo-Freiha Hailant) took the third check for Stefan Schoonhoven. The winning Gilda Newport now has career earnings of 11.931 euro.
The 20,000 euro purse Deutches Traber Derby Consolation (B) was raced over 1900 meters autostart and went to 1.10.9kr timed Great Gatsby As (3m Abano As-Glide Be Nimble) with the legendary Heinz Wewering up for trainer Erwin Bot and owner Leendert G. Gerrits. Cesare W (3m Dream Vacation-New Hanke Hall) took second for Kurt Roeges and Nashua (3m Brioni-Camarque) was third for trainer Christian Lindhardt at the lines.
The 70,000 euro purse Super Trot Cup (2500 meters autostart) went to 9/8/1 Bijou Bourbon HM (6f Sam Bourbon-Venzy Way) with owner Marc Elian up for trainer Conrad Lugauer. Tyrolean Dream (g Dream Vacation-Super Dream) was second for trainer/driver Rudolf Haller and Stall Wieserhof. Touch Of Wind Bi (5f Varenne-Catch The Wind) got up to earn third narrowly with Rick Ebbinge up.
Several other winner of note on a program that saw Hunterton Farm and Diamond Creek Farm sponsor conditioned races, included the Spielbank Berlin Derby (four year old mares, 8,000 euro purse, 1900 meters autostart) with that victory to Charlotte Newport (4f Abano As-Color Schemes) for driver Michael Nimczyk.

The 25,000 euro purse Kaffee Derby Maturity (four year old males, 1900 meters autostart) saw Tsunami Diamant (4m Gustav Diamant-Glide Chip) score at 2.8/1 for Robin Bakker and trainer Paul Hagoort, to defeat Portland (4m Ganymede) for Bjorn Goop and Mac Smily (4m Brioni) with Christian Lindhardt aboard.
