A Sweet Lou filly topped the Australian Pacing Gold Yearling Sale at the Gold Coast on Sunday after being sold for $100,000 to Sky Racing’s Brittany Graham.
The filly is out of the Mach Three Group 1 winning mare Muscle Beach who has left winners such as Written In Red, Muscle Mach and Never Been Said.
Out of the trotting lots, the Volstead colt out of Sweet Pretense was hammered down to Darren Weeks for $95,000.
There were a number of passed in lots, however, those that sold went for big prices including the Lazarus colt out of Lauramegan that sold for $60,000.
