Auckland Reactor, the dual NZ Horse of the Year and six-time Group 1 winner, is closing in on the magical $10 million mark in progeny earnings.
As at November 9, the mighty son of Mach Three has left the winners of a staggering $9,293,944 in Australia, New Zealand and North America from only four crops three-year-old and older.
Auckland Reactor’s Australian bred stock has banked $4,640,119 with 145 individual winners from 231 starters – an amazing 63 percent winners-to-starters ratio. They average $20,087 per starter.
Among Auckland Reactor’s winners are the former NZ 3YO of the Year Chase Auckland ($801,384), the second fastest ever Australian-bred female Soho Burning Love (1:48.2), rising star Willie Go West, Red Reactor, Delightfulreaction, Reactor Now and the exported Thunderfromthethrone, who clocked 1:51.8 at Harrah’s Philadelphia recently.
