Talented Tintin In America gelding Nerano NZ stretched his unbeaten skein on Australian soil to three when he swamped his rivals at Wagga last Friday (October 15).
The four-year-old rated 1:57.8 over 2270 metres in winning his fifth race lifetime.
Two-year-old Katie Ann added further lustre to the siring record of the former North America Cup winner Fear The Dragon when she emerged successful in 1:57.6 at Northfield Park, Ohio.
Fear The Dragon has sired the winners of $920,000 with his first crop including 29 in 2:00 and eight in 1:55 and is the third leading first-season sire.
Reigning NSW Sire of the Year Million Dollar Cam was represented by winners at Young in Camstar Road and Launceston (Levi Jimmy).
Ripponlea, a Warrawee Needy three-year-old filly, completed back-to-back successes at Parkes, while the Renaissance Man filly Songkran earned a new speed badge of 1:58.4 at Northam (WA).
