Callaghan looking to continue winning streak on American trotter

Young harness racing driver Jack Callaghan will be looking to keep his winning record on talented trotter Aldebaran Revani at Menangle today.

Callaghan has driven the American import in her three Australian starts with the last two outings resulting in victories.

The mare clocked 1:54.9  last start, just five tenths of a second than her personal best time set in North America.

Aldebaran Revani is prepared by Belinda McCarthy who Callaghan works for.

Callaghan has five drives spread across today’s Menangle meeting and three of those are for McCarthy, including New Yorker in race six and Stick Man in race eight.

Callaghan recently surpassed 200 wins in his succinct career and 76 of those victories have been obtained this season.

These results has put Callaghan amongst the top 10 drivers in New South Wales for the season.
