Tradie Lady (Trixton) overcame a difficult barrier draw and a wide passage to easily win the $125,000 fillies’ division, while Prince Of Rock (Wishing Stone) led from the outside gate and maintained a solid tempo before capturing the $125,000 colts and geldings’ final.

In posting his fourth win on end, Prince Of Rockrated a career-best 1:57.2 for the 2150 metres with the last 800 in a slick 57.7.

Tradie Lady, the winner of three of her seven attempts, also established a new speed badge of 1:59.5.

Brilliant Trixton four-year-old entire Just For Trixbecame the 29th 1:50 trotter ever when he led from go to whoa in 1:50 flat at Lexington’s Red Mile on Sunday (August 6).

Tactical Landing, the sire of this year’s Hambletonian winner  Tactical Approach, was also represented by a second winner on ‘Hambo’ day in the three-year-old filly Tactical Mount, who is part-owned by Stallions Australasia agent Gayle Garrard.

Another recent winner by Tactical Landing was the three-year-old Brace For Landing, who scored in 1:54.8 at Woodbine Mohawk Park.
