Deus Ex in 1:50.1

The Changeover gelding Deus Ex earned a new speed badge of 1:50.1 when he outsprinted a smart field at the Albion Park feature meeting last Saturday night (July 6).

It was his 21th success and lifted his stake tally to beyond $265,000.

The previous night at Albion Park the Changeover three-year-old Gleneagle Vee Cee was a most impressive end-to-end winner in  1:57.3.

Other recent Changeover winners have been Frugal Fare 1:57.2 (Shepparton), Westar Molly 1:59.8 (Addington, NZ) and the Saratoga, New York victor Bronze Over NZ (1:55).

Changeover is again standing at Burwood Stud in Queensland’s Darling Downs region.
