The fastest two-year-old in Australia this season will make his race return at Riverina Paceway, Wagga, today.
That is group 1 winner Mister Rea.
The Ray Walker-trained son of Pet Rock heads into race seven with an unbeaten record in his four races appearances.
Mister Rea made his race debut at Kilmore, Victoria, on January 28.
At his second start he won the group 2 Sapling Stakes at Menangle in a mile rate of 1:52.1 that set the benchmark rate for pacers his age in the country, which has not been lowered.
Mister Rea then went on to make it a clean sweep in the Bathurst Gold Crown series winning his heat and then the group 1 $100,000 Final.
Despite being trained in the Riverina, the Temora-based colt will be having his first race start around Riverina Paceway today.
He will be driven by Daryll Perrot, who has partnered Mister Rea throughout his career.
