The North America Cup winner and emerging, young sire Fear The Dragon left the winners of three divisions of the Buckeye Stallion Series at Delaware, Ohio on Little Brown Jug Day.

The two-year-old filly Rock The Dragon won in 1:58.8 and the colts Sectionline Racer and Odds On Capitalism scored in 1:59.4 and 2:00 respectively. Another recent Fear The Dragon two-year-old winner was Fear Our Fayth, who emerged successful in 1:56.8 at Dayton Raceway, Ohio.

Fear The Dragon’s first crop of 108 foals has produced 73 starters with 28 in 2:00 and seven in 1:55 and he is the third leading first season sire.

Tintin In America sired winners in three different States this week with the highlight being the dashing win of American Flyer NZ in the $20,400 Penrith Futures Ladyship Final on Thursday night (September 30). Other Tintin In American winners were Nerano NZ, who won in a career-best 1:55.7 at his first start on Australian soil at Wagga, the three-year-old American Bullitt (Bunbury) and Villanelle (Globe Derby Park).

The Mountain, a three-year-old by Warrawee Needy, hoisted a fresh lifetime mark of 1:54 winning for the ninth time at Wagga, while Frownie’s Miracle, one of the first Canadian crop of the former world champion, won in 1:56.2 at Grand River Raceway.

Reigning NSW Sire of the Year Million Dollar Cam led in a pair of winners in Canada last week in Atomic Million Am (1:54.4) and Mighty Mouse (2:00).
