The North America Cup winner Fear The Dragon, whose frozen semen is available from Yirribee Pacing Stud, was represented by his first Australian harness racing winner when the two-year-old Imperial Power emerged successful at Dubbo recently.
Fear The Dragon also sired nine individual three-year-old winners in America and Canada this week and his first crop has now earned more than $1.26 million. His winners included Pearl Snaps (1:52), Dragonās Revenge (1:52.8), Odds On Capitalism (1:53.6), Getaway Sticks (1:54.2), Dragthechipsmyway (1:54.4), Dragononthebeach (1:54.4), Odds On Veto Power (1:55.2) and Dragon Fly Cheek (1:57).
Tintin In America, the former champion colt pacer, sired his fifth two-year-old winner of the season when King Tintin won on debut in a brilliant 1:55.8 at Wagga. āTintinā was also represented by the talented Boston Busker, who completed a winning hat trick in the Latrobe Cup at Launceston.
World champion Warrawee Needy sired three-year-old winners in both hemispheres ā Brooklyn Bandit scored in a career-best 1:57.5 at Dubbo and Just Call Me Pete won at Clinton Raceway, Canada.
The good run being enjoyed by the progeny of Renaissance Man continued this week with Dynamite Dolly (1:57) winning at Pinjarra and Told You Twice (1:58.7) at Globe Derby Park.
Meanwhile, Million Dollar Cam, the three-time NSW Sire of the Year, produced a pair of winners in America in Pat McGarry (1:51.4) and Its Only Rocknroll (1:54.4).
