Once ranked as one of the top harness racing drivers in Sydney during the Harold Park days, Peter Jnr Green now spends most of his time training thoroughbreds.
After stepping away from the driving scene for more than 15 years, Green worked as a racing steward and made a driving comeback in the 2018/19 season.

The 43-year-old has had close to 100 drives since and is yet to land a winner.
Green has only had 10 drives this year and heads to Penrith tonight (June 23) to drive the Malcolm Smith-trained Rogervalerio Lombo (Rock N Roll Heaven) in race one.
Green has had eight drives on the pacer for three placings.
The reinsman began driving in the 1994/95 season and has 143 winners to his name.
His best season to date was in the 1999/2000 term where Green drove 38 winners.
Green’s last winner was Lady Gwenaver at Penrith on June 6, 2002 where he narrowly beat the late Tony ‘A.D.’ Turnbull and his drive The Thief.
