Four Victorian-trained horses will contest this Saturday night’s TAB Eureka at Menangle.
After an impressive harness racing win in a heat of the Vicbred Super Series at Melton Entertainment Park on Friday night, High Above was selected as Aaron Bain Racing/Summit Bloodstock’s replacement runner for The Lost Storm and joins fellow Emma Stewart-prepared chances Major Delight and Bay Of Biscay in the race.
High Above will be permitted to withdraw from the Vicbred Super Series without penalty to take his place in the Eureka.
Fighter Command, for Jess Tubbs, is the other Victorian and will represent the TasRacing slot in the world’s richest harness race.
The barrier draw for the 2024 TAB Eureka was conducted this morning in Sydney and includes emergencies Wisper A Secret, Dangerous, Dougs Platter and Regazzo Di Tilly.
