Haras Des Trotteurs’ sires dominant force at Inter Dominion

Progeny of the Haras Des Trotteurs’ stallions Orlando Vici and Love You occupied the first three positions on the harness racing points table for the Brisbane Inter Dominion after the final round heats on December 9.

Just Believe (by Orlando Vici), who is undefeated in the series, collected a maximum 44 points, three more than Ollivici (by Orlando Vici) on 41, followed by Queen Elida (by Love You) on 38.

Just Believe and Queen Elida both lowered the track record for the 2680 metres mobile on the third night.

Queen Elida established a fresh mark of 1:59.6 in her dashing end-to-end success before Just Believe lowered the record by 2.1 seconds beating the Orlando Vici pair Ollivici and Adelle 30 minutes later.

Other stud-sired winners this week were the Quaker Jet three-year-old Castana (Auckland) and Quake Proof (Geelong), the Maryborough victor Te Amo (by Love You) and the 1:58.3 Melton winner Queen Of Quebec (by Used To Me).
