The name of driver Cameron Hart is becoming more and more prominent in the Australian harness racing scene.
At just the age of 23, Hart has already won some of Australasia’s biggest races.

Even though he hasn’t reached the number of winners he did last year this season just yet – a number he will most likely surpass by the end of the term – Hart is without doubt having his best 12 months on track.
From winning the Group 1 Riverina Championship with Ideal Dan, Hart ventured to New Zealand to win the Messenger with Majestic Cruiser.
This same horse then gave Hart his first Grand Circuit winner when taking out the Blacks A Fake Queensland Championship in July.
Having just represented his home state of New South Wales in the Australasian Drivers’ Championship at Globe Derby last weekend, Hart finished second in the series against some of the country’s best.
Wind the clock forward to tonight (Sep. 24), Hart has achieved another milestone driving five winners at Menangle including two Group 3 victories in the APG Gold Sovereign Finals.
This is the second time he has accomplished this feat having done so at Penrith on July 22, 2021.
For the record, Hart’s Menangle winners were Reactor Now (Auckland Reactor), My Ultimate Ronnie (Bettor’s Delight), Braeview Kelly (Bettor’s Delight), Madrid (Bling It On) and Regal Attire (Muscle Hill).
REGAL ATTIRE REPLAY
This pushed Hart’s career wins to 731.
With just over three months left of the season, what else is next for the star driver?
Hart will feature in his home state’s Breeders Challenge series and will most likely take part in the Inter Dominion series starting in November.
Hart is leading both the NSW Drivers’ Premiership and Metropolitan Drivers’ Premiership and is ranked amongst the top five drivers in Australia this season.
