ID23 – 2nd round of rankings released

Racing Queensland wishes to advise the latest harness racing rankings for the Ladbrokes Inter Dominion were released at 4pm today.

Trotters Rankings:

1. Constantinople – courtesy of the Golden Ticket in winning the Tony and Jill McGrath Cup at Menangle Constantinople jumps from 45 to 5.
2. Ollivici NZ – also secured a Golden Ticket in winning the Kilmore Trotters Cup and raises up from 9 to 4.
3. Locals Call Me Trouble NZ (33 to 28) and Zealous Spur NZ (40 to 32) are other notable movers.
4. The Phil Williamson trained pair from New Zealand Love N The Port and Majestic Man who were both in the top 10 have been withdrawn from the series as has smart Victorian trotter Dont Care who was ranked 19 in the original rankings.
5. With the quality and depth of nominations for the trotters series RQ will strongly consider running an extra trotting Heat should the quantity and quality of nominations be maintained and are not adversely affected by withdrawals.

Pacers Rankings:

1. Better Eclipse – raises up from 9 to 6 due to his Kilmore Cup win which earned him a Golden Ticket.
2. Hi Manameisjeff NZ – jumps from 32 to 22 following a continuation of his dominant form having now won 4 races on end.
3. Bulletproof Boy – raises up from 36 to 29 following his win in the Smoken Up Sprint at Melton
4. Narutac Prince – originally ranked 30 has been withdrawn from the series
