The star Quaker Jet mare Im Ready Jet, a triple Breeders Crown champion, bounced back to the winning lists when she beat a top harness racing field in the Free-for-all in the last day of the Redwood carnival at Maryborough.
It was Im Ready Jetās 21stĀ lifetime success and her mile rating of 1:58.3 for 2190 metres was put up when she had nothing in her favour, drawing the outside of the front line and being required to sit parked most of the way.
Im Ready Jet is the richest Australian bred progeny of the great Quaker Jet with a bankroll of $536,330.
Meanwhile, Quaker Jetās sire Love You was represented by the impressive Menangle winner on Tuesday afternoon, Simone Lindenny, and the Gloucester Park victor Luvaflair, her ninth success for the season.
Despite racing without cover for the last 800 metres, Simone Lindenny sliced 1.9 seconds off her previous mark with a 1:56.8 mile.
She has now won eight races and almost $70,000 in stakes.
Love You and Quaker Jet, who are both members of the Haras Des Trotteurs sire roster, are ranked highly on the Australian all aged siresā list this year.
