A filly from the final crop of the champion American racehorse and sire Grinfromeartoear will be offered at the Silver Salver South Australian Yearling Sale at Globe Derby Park on Sunday, March 14 at 12 noon.

Out of the WA Group 1 placegetter French Fashion 1:58.3 ($64,893), the filly is one of the three-prong draft being offered by White Star Lodge, Lower Light, of Shane Loone and Maria Petricevich.

Grinfromeartoear is the sire of the winners of more than $75 million worldwide and 16 in the 1:50 list including Mr Feelgood, Mister Big, Smiling Shard and Make Me Smile.

The White Star Lodge consignment also includes a gelding and a filly from the second crop of the brilliant, young Somebeachsomewhere horse, Goodtime Sammy.

The gelding is from My Names Molly, a Mr Feelgood half-sister to the QBred Triad winners Maxmillion 1:56.7 ($153,907) and Making Magic 1:56 ($133,818) and the Group 1 placegetter Heavenly Hiraani (1:58.1).

Completing the White Star draft is a nice, athletic filly from an all-American family, being out of the Camelot Hall mare Tillie Cheval, a sister to the QBred Triad runner-up Cheval Zeppenology 1:52.7 ($111,440) and a close relative of the successful Victorian sire and broodmare sire Exotic Earl.

SAMOS Certificates valued at up to $1,600 can be used to purchase any filly in the sale.

The online catalogue can be viewed at www.saharness.com

Printed copies of the catalogue are available at Globe Derby Park and all country tracks in South Australia and Garrard’s Horse & Hound, Melton (Vic.).
