What to make of Leap To Fame (Bettors Delight)? Stupendous, marvellous simply awesome.

These were the comments from the large crowd that come to see Leap To Fame demolish his harness racing opponents in the $1 million Group 1 Ladbrokes Inter Dominion Pacers Grand Final at Albion Park on Saturday evening.
Australia’s leading and best known pacer was a prohibitive favourite despite the reservations of his pole draw.
And as expected from the start Grant Dixon eased one of the fence and it wasn’t long before he charged around the field to head off early leader Speak The Truth.
The only mare in the race Rakero Rebel was left racing outside the leader. Don Hugo was three back on the rails.
From there on no runner was prepared to risk it over the marathon trip. And as Leap to Fame started to put a space between himself and his rivals the capacity crowd was roaring its support all the way down the home straight to a deafening crescendo.
LEAP TO FAME JUL 19 REPLAY
At the finish he had seven metres to spare over Speak The Truth who battled on for second with game pacer Cya Art coming in third just ahead of Don Hugo.
Dixon was clearly overwhelmed as Leap To Fame returned to a deafening welcome from the adoring crowd.

Owner Kevin Seymour gave a clue as to the next start.
“We’ll probably go to New Zealand now for the Cup in November. He wasn’t himself last year and we couldn’t run him. We won in the North Island this year and now we’d like to show him off to the South Island in Christchurch”.
Through virtue of his win Leap To Fame has now become Australia’s richest ever pacer with over $4.63 million in stake money. His record is outstanding with 56 wins from 69 appearances.
Given his complete domination to date Dixon has the luxury of planning future races knowing that his horse is the best in the land and there is every indication that he will again be prominent in next year’s Inter Dominion.
