Former NZ champion Changeover, who is now standing at Burwood Stud in Queensland, sired multiple harness racing winners on both sides of the Tasman this week. He has sired the winners of $1.84 million in Australia to date this season.
Heading the vanguard were the Menangle winners La Bella Vita NZ, who won in 1:53.5 at her first start on Australian soil, and Controversial NZ (1:54.4), who notched win No 32 and advanced his bankroll to $255,000.
Changeover was also represented by a winning double at Horsham with Jaccka Ted NZ (1:58.6) and El Banco (1:59.2), while Loch Ness Franco NZ captured the Golden Girls at Launceston, her fourth win from eight starts in Oz.
Changeover led in three winners in New Zealand this week in Szybka Lane (1:59.8, Ashburton), Southerly Change (Rangiora) and Jacks N Jazz (Dunedin).
