Trainer KerryAnn Morris is happy Minos (Bettors Delight) is embarking on a Queensland Constellations campaign in peak form after the former Kiwi completed back to back harness racing wins at Menangle.

Sent out a $1.60 favorite, Minos worked to the lead with 800 metres to travel and proceeded to put a gap on his rivals shortly, holding an 11 metre margin on the line from Ever Art in a mile rate of 1:51.2.
Morris’ husband Robert, who was in the sulky, ensured the three-year-old kept his mind on the job in the home straight.
“He can switch off a bit in front and he’s probably a better horse with a sit,” Morris said.
“He has done it all himself leading at his last two runs,” she said.
MINOS REPLAY
Minos heads to Brisbane on Wednesday with his main mission being the Queensland Pacers Derby where he will clash with Soho Spectre to whom he ran third behind in the NSW Pacers Derby.
“He will probably run in the Redcliffe Derby as a lead up and then hopefully he will get to run in some of the big races up there,” she said.
Minos arrived at the Morris stable from New Zealand in November.
“He is versatile and can run good sectionals and has fitted into our stable really well and Robbie has been driving him well,” she said.
“He is a horse with the ability to put himself into the race.”
