The bonny Aldebaran Eagle USA mare Rockinwithattitude proved herself the top four-year-old trotter of the current harness racing season when she won the $150,000 The Great Square at Albion Park.
It was her fifth success at Group 1 level, and she defeated the best three and four-year-olds in the country after being required to overcome a wide barrier draw. Her mile rating of 1:57.1 for the 2138 metres mobile trip was a new lifetime mark.
Her career record is now 18 wins and seven placings in 31 starts.
Rockinwithattitudeās stunning triumph put an exclamation mark on another red-letter month for Aldebaran Park and its powerful sire roster.
Among the other highlights were the homebred quinella in the Lightfoot Laurels at Melton with Aldebaran Vera (Trixton USA-Kyvalley Aldebaran NZ) and Aldebaran Miley (Father Patrick USA-Mason Magic), along with Group 1 winner Aldebaran Zeus (Muscle Hill USA-Zoia Boko Swe), who won the Aldebaran Park Free-for-all at Melton in 1:54 in a great return to the winnerās circle.
Aldebaran Eagle USA was represented by six individual winners in July.Ā
Besides Rockinwithattitude, he was also the sire of the two-year-old winner Myheartbeatstrue (Kilmore), Panda Fooey (Albion Park), Robert John (Bendigo), Aldebaran Stiles (Port Pirie) and Eagle Hanover (Cambridge, NZ).

Skyvalley NZ also figured as the damsire of the dual Menangle winner Super Service (1:56.4), Fouroutofive (Melton), Im Bobby (1:58.6) and Kaotic Flair.

Aldebaran Acrux USA (Chapter Seven USA-Model Behaviour USA), who was imported to Australia from America by Aldebaran Park, posted her maiden southern hemisphere win at Ballarat and she is now a dual hemisphere winner.Ā
