Kicking off the new season in style harness racing reinsman Robert Morris is leading the New South Wales Drivers’ Championship.
Morris has steered 16 winners already and can add to that at Penrith on Thursday night.
With three drives locked in, Morris will start the night with Paidinfull in race two.
Trained by Michael Teuma, Paidinfull won with Morris in the sulky at Penrith last week.
Morris will then drive Dan Fernando in race four, a pacer that is trained by Morris’ wife KerryAnn Morris.
The Troy Williams-prepared Little Bliss will be Morris’ next drive in race five.
Morris won with the mare at Penrith two starts ago and finished second on the daughter of Art Major last week.
