Sire Timoko.

The Haras Des Trotteurs stallions Timoko and Love You provided important winners in both hemispheres recently.

Etonnant, a four-year-old son of the dual Elitlopp winner Timoko, a newcomer to the Haras Des Trotteurs sire roster, lowered the stakes record by 1.8 seconds in winning the 100,000 euros Prix du Bourbannais, the second qualification race for the Prix d’Amerique at Vincennes, Paris. The mile rate for the 1.7 miles was 1:54.4.

It was Etonnant’s 15th lifetime success and lifted his stake tally to 1,053,500 euros.

Meanwhile, Parisian Artiste, a three-year-old son of Love You, maintained his devastating form with a commanding win in a heat of the Vicbred Super Series at Maryborough.

The mile rate for the 2190 metres was a smart 1:58.3 with the last 800 in 58.3, figures he could have sharply improved upon.

Parisian Artiste, out of a Muscle Mass mare, has won seven races this season including his last three on end.

My Used To Be (by Used To Me) finished second.

Parisian Artiste will be one of the leading fancies for the Group 1 $100,000 Vicbred Super Series Final at Melton on New Year’s Eve.

Another recent stud-sired winner was the four-year-old La Serena (by Quaker Jet), who notched her fifth success at Ballarat.
