RIVERINA-based owner Brayden Scarr had a season others dream of.
He had 24 winners in his 46 starters with nine placgetters amongst the mix also during the 2019-2020 season.
For this, Scarr was the recipient of New South Wales Owner of the Year.
Scarr’s success came with horses such as Adira, Coolhand Easton and Silent Rapture to name a few.
Adira won eight races last term, Coolhand Easton who was a four-time winner last season and Silent Rapture collected five wins.
Award criteria:
The NSW Owner of the Year is based on the Universal Drivers Rating System whereby horses owned must have had a minimum of 25 starts in NSW for the season.
To be eligible the winning Owner must reside in NSW.
Harness Racing NSW (HRNSW) is the controlling body for harness racing in New South Wales with responsibility for commercial and regulatory management of the industry including 33 racing clubs across the State. HRNSW is headed by a Board of Directors and is independent of Government.
