Orlando Vici, Love You lead Inter Dominion sires

Harness racing horses sired the Haras Des Trotteurs’ stallions Orlando Vici and Love You occupy three of the top four positions on the Inter Dominion leaderboard after the second round heats on Tuesday (December 5).

The Orlando Vici pair Just Believe, the reigning Interdom champion, and Ollivici NZ, who have won both their heats, are the joint leaders on 29 points.

Queen Elida (by Love You, who has been twice runner-up, is fourth on 22 points.

Orlando Vici was also represented by the recent Globe Derby Park winner Kivici.

Love You, who is second on the sire lists in Australia and New Zealand, left important winners in both countries last weekend. They were Iron Love (Melton), a winner of five of his nine starts this year, King Of Love NZ (Menangle), It’s Not Love Me (Ballarat), Mr Love (Addington, NZ) and the three-year-old filly Torvi (Akaroa, NZ).

Used To Me, another of the Haras Des Trotteurs’ team, produced winners in the three-year-old Avant Guard (Melton) and Abitofadreamer (Stawell).

Used To Me has the amazing siring score of having left 30 individual winners from 47 starters in Australia.
