Yirribee Pacing Stud, the home of superstar pacers Lazarus and Lennytheshark, took the breeding honours at the mid-week Penrith meeting.
The stud bred two winners in Weona Luke and Mach Angelo – both five-year-old geldings. Weona Luke, who rated 1:55.4 over 1720 metres, has now won 10 races and more than $50,000 in stakes, while Mach Angelo won for the second time.
The Little Brown Jug hero Million Dollar Cam left a brace of new winners over the weekend. Kay Nora Shannon, a five-year-old mare, won her in 1:59.1 at Albion Park, while the four-year-old Alimonie scored in 1:57.5 at Newcastle.
Tintin In America, Fear The Dragon, Warrawee Needy, Lombo Pocket Watch and Caribbean Blaster complete the star-studded Yirribee Stud sire roster for the 2019/20 season.
