Promising three-year-old by Tiger Tara

Emerging three-year-old Tigers Spirit is proving a splendid advertisement for the Inter Dominion winner Tiger Tara in NSW.

The gelding led throughout in a career-best 1:57.8 over 1720 metres at Penrith recently and has now won three races.

Tiger Tara, who stands at Medowie Lodge, Newcastle, of Darren Reay, has sired five winners from 12 starters from only 19 foals of racing age.

Companion sire Follow The Stars, who is enjoying another million dollar season, was represented by the three-year-old winners Ellucifer and Imperium and others in Follow The Music, Beejay’s Star and Galaxy Warrior.

Meanwhile, brilliant two-year-old trotting filly Gait With Grace (by My High Expectations) made it five wins from six starts when she overcame an early miscue to win effortlessly at Albion Park
