Buyers will be spoilt for choice at the forthcoming Garrard’s Redcliffe Yearling Sale at Redcliffe Paceway with a quality line up of prospective racetrack harness racing stars catalogued.
Fifty three yearlings are set to go under the hammer on Sunday, March 24.
The most in-form sires from across the country are among 27 individual stallions represented by their progeny at the sale including first crop sires Tall Dark Stranger, Ride High and Sepia Sands.
Sires represented in the 2024 catalogue include American Ideal, Sweet Lou, Stay Hungry, Rock N Roll Heaven, Always B Miki, A Rocknroll Dance, Tintin In America, Poster Boy, Vincent, Tiger Tara, Ultimate Machete, Soho Tribeca, The Storm Inside, For A Reason, Bling It On and Ohoka Punter.
All horses sold at the sale will be eligible to compete in the $175,000 Redcliffe Sale Race Classic for two-year-olds in 2025 and the $50,000 Sale Race Classic for three-year-olds in 2026.
Some 47 lots catalogued are QBred eligible, while NSW Breeders Challenge, Vicbred, Breeders Crown and Bathurst Gold Crown are among the other incentive schemes represented.
