Bathurst’s champion harness racing reinswoman Amanda Turnbull is only 10 victories away from driving 2200 winners in her stellar career.
Arguably New South Wales’ most successful reinswoman of her era, Turnbull has some big nights ahead this week.
Starting at her local track on Wednesday night, Turnbull is driving in the first five races on the program and will have to prepare six of her own horses she trains amongst that.
The busy times will continue for Turnbull at Menangle on Saturday night where she has five Group 1 drives.
She has a drive in each of the $150,000 Breeders Challenge Finals as well as the $100,000 Len Smith Mile with her pacer Bundoran.
Turnbull’s Breeders Challenge steers are with Lyrical Genius in the Three-Year-Old Colts and Geldings Final, Miss Lemon in the Three-Year-Old Fillies, Pas De Cheval in the Two-Year-Old Fillies and a choice on Saint Veran or Allstarzzz Frankie in the Two-Year-Old Colts and Geldings Final.
