The Follow The Stars siring juggernaut continues.
The former 2YO of the Year Award winner, who is now standing at Medowie Lodge stud, near Newcastle, of Darren Reay has sired seven individual winners in the space of 10 days including three ānewā winners.
The two-year-old colt The Good Star, a winner in 1:55.3 at Pinjarra, and the three-year-olds Rodger James (1:58.8) and Join The Stars (1:59.6) all registered their first victories.
Other recent winners by Follow The Stars have been the two-year-old filly Follow The Ark (1:58.5), the three-year-old filly Cluster Star and the four-year-old mares Mollidor, who has won three of her last four at Newcastle, and Star Of The Class, a winner of nine this season.
Follow The Stars has sired nine two-year-old and 20 three-year-old winners to date this year and is the only NSW based sire on the Top Ten list in both age groups.
Overall, Follow The Stars has left 44 individual winners for almost $900,000 in stake earnings in 2021.
