Champion mare Ladies In Red (Mach Three) is “designed” to be as great as she is.
She’s been called the Winx of harness racing.
Some say she’s the best pacing mare Australia has produced.
The next six to 12 months will tell the story but Ladies In Red is certainly heading in the right direction with 23 starts netting 19 wins and four seconds.
Still just four, the Emma Stewart and Clayton Tonkin-trained mare kickstarts her next campaign in the first leg of the mares’ Triple Crown, the Group 3 Make Mine Cullen, at Melton on Saturday night (Oct. 8).
