Third Group success for Ollivici

Ollivici, who is Inter Dominion bound, completed a stellar week for his sire Orlando Vici when he outstayed his harness racing rivals to win the $25,000 Kilmore Trotters Cup.

The gelding overcame a 30 metre handicap to notch his 13^th win from 28 starts and his third at Group level. He has earned $165,900 in stakes.

Other recent Orlando Vici winners have been Adelle, who blitzed her rivals in a 1:57.4 rate at Albion Park, and the three-year-old filly Melsadele (Cambridge, NZ).

Love You’s outstanding daughter Queen Elida posted her fifth consecutive win when she annexed the $25,000 Chris Howe Free-for-all for the second time at Melton.

Meanwhile, Love You sired a double at Melton with the three-year-old Our Marvella (1:57.3) in a heat of the Need For Speed Princess and Keayang Chucky in a heat of the Tornado Valley Trot.

Kyvalley Surfrider (Horsham), Nazareth (Addington, NZ), Blithe (Winton and Gore, NZ) and Crazy N Love (Banks Peninsula, NZ) were other recent winners sired by Love You.

Love You and Orlando Vici are second and fourth respectively on the national all aged sire list. Love You is second on the NZ sires’ premiership.

Used To Me was credited with his 27^th individual winner from 47 starters when the three-year-old At The Distance broke maiden ranks at Melton.
