Harness racing’s current two-year-old crop of former top New Zealand stayer Tintin In America continue to take all before them.
King Tintin (Penrith) and Havahh Nice Day (Albury) both scored impressive wins last week.
Tintin In America has sired 10 individual juvenile winners to date this season including the Group 2 NSW Sapling Stakes winner Rippin Rupert (1:53.2), Chicago Gangster (NSW Tatlow), the Group 1 placegetter Queenslander (1:55.3), Tin Tin Jo and Oliveria.
Other recent Tintin In America winners were Nerano NZ, a 1:52.1 winner at Menangle, and Grinning Again (Manawatu, NZ).
Former world champion Warrawee Needy was represented by smart three-year-old Brooklyn Bandit, who notched his seventh success at Dubbo, and the North American victors Need Arocket (1:54.2) and Elroy Shiner.
Fear The Dragon, the former North America Cup hero, has left three-year-old progeny earnings of $1.9 million this season with recent fast winners including Odds On Capitalism (1:52.2) and Future Ex-wife (1:52.6).
Tintin In America, Warrawee Needy and Fear The Dragon are members of the sire roster at Wingate Farm, Wagga (NSW).
