The first small crop of 2018 Inter Dominion hero Tiger Tara, now standing at harness racing’s Medowie Lodge stud, near Newcastle, of Darren Reay, continue to produce amazing results.
King Tiger and Tiger Tee, both three-year-olds and members of his initial crop of just three foals, notched impressive wins at Menangle recently.
King Tiger, a three-year-old colt, defeated older rivals rating 1:55.5 for 2300 metres to bring up his seventh success from 14 starts and spike his stake earnings to beyond $50,000.
Meanwhile, Tiger Tee, a three-year-old trotting filly by Tiger Tara, earned a new speed badge of 1:57.2 in posting her third win for the season.

Follow The Stars, the studmate of Tiger Tara, sired the recent dual Menangle winner Atomicstar, who posted back-to-back successes in 1:52 and 1:53.3. The gelding has won five races this season including four at Menangle.
Follow The Stars, whose progeny has earned $1.1 million this season, was also represented by his eighth individual two-year-old winner in Hollywoodbound (Redcliffe), the three-year-old Follow Rocknroll and Nightwatch Watch, a runaway winner in 1:57.7 at Tamworth.
