Volstead returns 1 — **Lot 45 – Aspiring Love x Volstead**

A decision was made earlier this year by HDT in consultation with the owner, Mr. Dean Miller, for Volstead not to shuttle due to at the time the implication of the impending stallion tax.

Volstead served two outstanding groups of mares in his first two seasons with outstanding reviews on the resultant foals.

We look forward to working with Mr. Miller over the coming months to negotiate shuttling Volstead next season 2022/2023 as long as the stallion tax proposal doesn’t reappear.

The Nutrien Spring online sale that went live today gives buyers the opportunity to purchase the first Volstead yearling colts ever offered for sale.

These colts can be paid up for the lucrative 2022 Nutrien sale race series comprising of finals

2023 – 2YO colt/gelding series worth $62,500
2024 – 3YO colt/gelding series worth $125,000

If sustaining payment of $2200 is paid by 22nd April 2022.
The sale ends at 6 pm Monday 6th September.
