On the back of experiencing his best season to date harness racing trainer Troy Williams has bounced back just as strong this year.
With two wins in his 12 starters this term, Williams has four horses engaged at Penrith on Thursday night to add to that.
Williams will first produce Richmond Tiger, byĀ Mach Three, in race one, which will be driven by Inter Dominion-winning reinsman Joshua Gallagher.
Williams will then produce Little Bliss, byĀ Art Major, in race two with driver Robert Morris.
The momentum will continue for Williams in race three with Shadow Eclipse, a gelding byĀ Shadow Play, with Gallagher to take the reins again and the young driver will drive Idle Hands, byĀ Falcon Seelster, for Williams in race four.
Williams was one of the leading trainers at Penrith last season. He trained 53 winners for the year, more than five times better than his previous best result.
Williams was previously a hobby trainer and has now taken to the training ranks full-time.
