$1.3 million wagered on Jackpot Hi-5

MILTON, December 19, 2020 – Horseplayers from all around took their shot at Saturday’s harness racing Jackpot Hi-5 mandatory payout at Woodbine Mohawk Park, wagering over $1.3 million in new money. 

A total of $1,367,889 was wagered on Saturday’s Jackpot Hi-5 mandatory, joining a carryover of $335,940. The winning combination of 5-7-3-8-4 was popular, returning $808.73 for a $0.20 winning ticket. 

Veteran pacer Rockin In Heaven moved to the lead in the second-quarter and never looked backed for 1:52.1 score in the Jackpot Hi-5 race. The eight-year-old went off as 9/5 favourite for driver J Harris and trainer Teesha Symes.
