If Only Id Known (Shadow Play) charged down the stretch to win her first Fillies and Mares Preferred since March on Friday (Jun. 28) at Century Downs in a 16-1 harness racing upset.
Phil Giesbrecht planted the mare in fourth and remained in line through panels of :27.3, :55, and 1:23.4. If Only Id Known shifted out turning for home and turned on the jets at the top of the lane, soaring from four lengths back past three opponents to win in 1:53.1. Grey Sea finished second over Outlaw Sharktastic (Nathan Sobey).

If Only Id Known has raced in the Preferred level in 14 straight starts without missing a cheque. She has hit the board in 13 of 16 starts this season and won three times for trainer Christopher Lancaster, who co-owns the mare with Velda Olding. The six-year-old is 19-for-91 lifetime with $226,708 in the bank.
The card also saw the fifth straight win in the high-level claiming ranks by Outlaw Spiced Rum (Blue Burner), who wired the field in a lifetime-best time of 1:54.2. Michael Hennessy drove the six-year-old mare to victory for trainer Travis Ellis and owners Trevor Williams and Aurel Vodon.
Century Downs will skip a day from its normal schedule and return on Sunday, Jun. 30 at 6:05 p.m. MDT.
