A Boy Named Suuzz (Mr Saratoga) is now one win away from a half-million in earnings after a second straight win in the harness racing claiming pop-up series on Monday (Feb. 6) at Woodbine Mohawk Park.
He took the initiative to go first-over on the backstretch but got cover as the field raced to three-quarters. The gelding then slid to the grandstand side in the stretch for Bob McClure and surged to victory by a length-and-a-quarter in 1:52.2. He beat I Ama Rocket (Doug McNair) who held on for second over Private Scott (Jonathan Drury).
