AGCO seeks part-time Licensing Agents

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is looking for part-time Licensing Agents to provide support for horse racing licensing functions at various racetrack locations in Ontario.

The position reports to the Manager of Horse Racing Eligibility, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing new and renewal online licensing applications in the AGCO's new online service portal (iAGCO)
• Communicating with applicants and licensees by telephone and in writing
• Providing in-person support to horsepersons by assisting them with using iAGCO
• Providing assistance to Racing Officials, Commission Veterinarians and/or other on-site AGCO personnel as required.
